(She/They)
MSW, RSW,
My approach to therapy is deeply informed by my own experiences as a queer woman and first-generation Canadian. These perspectives shape how I understand the complexities of identity, the challenges of navigating societal expectations, and the importance of creating a space where everyone, especially those from marginalized communities, can truly be themselves. I deeply value the courage it takes to show up authentically, especially in a world that doesn’t always make space for that.
I believe healing happens when we’re met with empathy, curiosity, and care. My role is to support you in exploring what’s no longer serving you, reconnecting with your values, and cultivating a more authentic, aligned life. Together, we’ll process emotions, challenge unhelpful narratives, and build meaningful tools to support your mental health.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ folks navigating anxiety, ADHD, people-pleasing, and challenging family dynamics. My practice integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP - Level 1), with an emphasis on nervous system regulation and self-compassion.
Therapy should be fluid, ever-changing, and shaped by both your personal experiences and the broader systems you navigate. My goal is to co-create a space where you feel empowered to heal at your own pace, in your own way.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “broken.” It’s about remembering who you are and gently uncovering the parts of you that need care. You don’t have to do this work alone. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
